Your challenge

Tailor-made banking and finance training for secondary school leavers without a university degree. It offers you the opportunity to get to know the core areas of banking over two years and enter the world of banking.

During your traineeship, you will support three to four departments in various banking areas. This will make your day-to-day work varied and diverse. You will be integrated into the team and supported by our practical mentors. This gives you the opportunity to find out in which direction you would like to develop after your internship.

  • Practical experience in at least three different areas of the bank
  • A team of more than 30 motivated and enthusiastic trainees and interns
  • Personal support from professional practical trainers
  • A wide range of development opportunities during and after the internship
  • Theoretical banking training with our training partner CYP
  • 2-week language course in an English-speaking country
  • 1-week social week 
  • @LGTYoung Social Media Team Workshop
  • Graduation with a diploma from the Swiss Bankers Association

Your profile

  • Interest in the banking world 
  • Enjoy working with people and numbers
  • Federally recognized school-leaving certificate
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
