Your challenge

As our Information Architect, you'll be a cornerstone of our Content Center of Excellence (Content CoE), upholding the highest standards of discoverability, accessibility and understanding of information for systems, employees and business. You'll shape the concept and methodology for Information Architecture for our Enterprise Content Management, bringing methods, tools and processes for a seamless Information Lifecycle Management.

What You’ll Be Doing:                                                       

  • Develop and maintain a current inventory of our information assets, systems, flows and processes.
  • Conduct a maturity assessment of our information architecture and governance and based on the findings, develop actionable roadmaps to advance these disciplines further
  • Develop, improve and document our information architecture models in the Data Catalog, including our content model, taxonomies and dictionaries.
  • Apply the new information architecture to our systems and processes.
  • Establish information architecture as part of corporate and information governance.
  • Be partner with our information governance partners, e.g. Data Center of Excellence, Business Users, Architecture, Data Protection
  • Work hand-in-hand with various teams & data domains, integrating information architecture processes into their workflows while educating them on its importance

Your profile

  • Several years in information architecture, information governance, or information lifecycle management within complex IT environments.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a knack for identifying and resolving information lifecycle issues and a hands-on mentality.
  • Experience managing projects, preferably with agile methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus.

You will play a key role in the very essence of information governance. You support our organization in intelligently leveraging our information assets and empowering collaboration while protecting that information from bad actors and from loss.

Design supporting structures and systems to organize, label, navigate and search information and create connecting bridges between all our information, our technology, our customers and our staff so that we can deliver amazing user experiences and enable reliable and scalable information governance.
