Your challenge

In this interesting and varied role, you will support the colleagues in the IT Services Switzerland department with first and second level support. This is provided by telephone for the employees of our Swiss branches and covers a very wide range of applications (Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, various client applications, etc.) as well as areas of mobile communication.

Your profile

  • You have a completed computer science education, preferably with support experience or comparable training in the IT field
  • High IT affinity, service and quality awareness
  • Profound hardware as well as extensive MS Office knowledge (preferably Office 356)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, other languages (preferably French or Italian) would be an advantage
  • Reliable, flexible and independent team player
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Impeccable reputation
