Enhanced security

To help protect your online account, all LGT Wealth users will be required to complete two-step authentication when logging in from a web browser. This means that there will no longer be the possibility to save a password for six months when logging in from a web browser, reducing the likelihood of your account details being compromised. The LGT Wealth mobile app will not be impacted.

This change will immediately impact:

Users who have recently registered for LGT Wealth
Users who have not yet selected the option to save their password for six months
Users whose six month password saving period has expired
For users who have previously selected the six month password saving option, this change will be introduced once the six month period expires.

Registration steps Find out how to register with LGT Wealth.

You will receive an invitation email. Please follow the activation link that will take you to the secure LGT Wealth Registration page.

You will be prompted to enter: your personal code as stated in the activation email, your date of birth and your surname.

You will be asked to select the phone number that you would like your One Time Password to be sent to. In the case of landlines, the password will be read aloud to you. Please enter this One Time Password into the box to complete your two factor authentication.

You will need to create a unique username and password. Once registration is successful, you will be directed to the confirmation screen where you will then proceed to login.

Paperless reporting

Help to reduce our environmental impact by choosing paperless reporting, rather than receiving printed hardcopies of your documents.

Using LGT Wealth, paperless reporting is made easier, as you will benefit from:

Flexible access online and in the app.
Email notifications when new documents are available for viewing.
The ability to save a copy of your documents on your device.

Planting a tree for every paperless client

As a thank you for supporting our commitment to the environment, we will plant a tree for every client that elects paperless reporting. So far, we are delighted to have planted thousands of trees around the world, but there is still a long way to go.

You will be sent an electronic tree certificate within 24 hours of electing to go paperless. On this certificate you can find details of your tree's species, location and how that tree will support a wider reforestation project.
